Flipp is a subscription-based online toy exchange platform. A place where parents can give their kids everything they need without spoiling the planet, or their bank account.
There were a lot of UX journeys to resolve on this one, from simply browsing the site, to filtering available toys, claiming toys, facilitating handover and listing new toys, to name a few. On top of that , the experience had to work equally well for both parents and their kids who were looking for toys.
